Zubeidaa 720p In Download Torrent
as a result of all this, zubeidaa begins to doubt herself and her husband. she loses her memory and starts to think that she is in some kind of a waking nightmare. it is difficult to say if zubeidaa is a feminist or not, but it is clear that she has, in a way, led a lonely life. she has been given scant respect by her husband and society. but the ultimate fate that befalls her is more a matter of fate than of the society’s apathy. the film also raises a pertinent issue. if zubeidaa cannot get her husband’s love and respect, why should she bother about politics? as the film progresses, zubeidaa slowly begins to realise that it is not her fault that she has been branded as a terrorist. she also realises that her husband cannot be made to love her the way she wants to be loved.
the film’s other highlight is manoj bajpai, who has acted in several films before, but none of them was as good as zubeidaa. he portrays the role with absolute sincerity and is in fine form throughout. his performance is the film’s most telling point. he has the ability to make you feel for him, even when he is a villain. the film is also a rare example of a film that has the woman as its protagonist.
it’s the kind of film that is perfect for the multiplexes, but should not be seen in the ‘c’ class theatres that are full of kannada films. reema kagti’s film will work in the ‘b’ class centres, but it will not be a blockbuster. other than the music and the performances, the film fails to draw attention. the writing is trite and the plot is haphazard. there is also an unfortunate resemblance to the recent ‘deshdevi’ (2011). however, the best films are not based on the neatest of plots. the best films have characters who are human, flawed, and whose individual quirks and idiosyncrasies make them compelling, and zubeidaa’s flaws are too visible for comfort. all this said, the film is bound to attract a fair number of moviegoers at the box-office. but this film is definitely not a must-see, unless you are a die-hard fan of the actress.
zubeidaa has been brought up by a mother who believes that her daughter’s soul has been sullied by contact with a lover, and that the mother’s love will heal it. this makes zubeidaa feel guilty and uncertain. however, when her father, suleman seth, catches her acting with mehboob, he forces her to choose between him and mehboob. zubeidaa wants to be with mehboob, but her father will have none of it.
on the day of the wedding, zubeidaa goes to the ceremony alone. she tries to stop the wedding by coming out of the wedding-guest box, but she is arrested. when mehboob goes to her, he reveals that he has forgiven her for the acting, but jaan bai does not. as mehboob and zubeidaa are married in prison, jaan bai does not attend. zubeidaa is taken to the prison van with mehboob, and the two sit together in the front of the vehicle. the film ends with zubeidaa’s father crying and saying ‘you are my daughter, and i love you,’ and zubeidaa, who has learnt her lesson and has become very repentant, sitting and weeping next to mehboob.
zubeidaa is a beautiful girl of about 23 years old. she is a muslim of middle-class upbringing. she is a student of a school in delhi. suleman seth is a filmmaker. he is the father of zubeidaa and her mother jaan bai. he is an honest and a pious man, a very upright person. his first wife is dead. suleman marries a second time and becomes the step-father of mehboob alam, a son of suleman’s friend and former business partner. zubeidaa is the only child of suleman and jaan bai. in the beginning of the film, she is living at home. mehboob is also studying at a college in delhi. he is a very honest and decent lad and has good character. when the marriage ceremony takes place, zubeidaa is wearing the white sari, suleman wears the indian dress and jaan bai is in the traditional white dress of the muslims. the scene is set in the courtyard of the house. the dialogue in the film is in hindi. it is a most beautiful and a very poetic story. the narration is in a very simple manner. the story is in the form of a flashback and there are also interpolations of the present and the past. most of the film is very slow. it moves slowly.
